  horrible customer service told us they were delivering lumber on Monday it doesn't show up till Friday these guy give you the run around BEWARE!! Over priced bad buisness

  I’m a general contractor building a custom home and we went with grove which was the higher material bid due to their reputation. Well we are dealing with The worst experience ever. Paid for lumber 40k worth a month before the project due to having two special order beams. Was told it would be at the project going on three different dates now. Holding up the entire project second story and my rented petibone is sitting costing me now a full week for nothing. Beware of false promises from this company. They won’t even answer my phone call and it is now February 20th beams paid for on January 18.
